Docs & Guide

Everything you need to go from a blank account to a live chatbot on your website. Once you're signed in, an in-dashboard Guide tracks your progress against these same steps.

1

Build your category tree

Categories can be nested to any depth — a Mobile Repair shop might have Mobile → iPhone → Screen Repair. If a level only has one option, visitors skip straight past it; the choice is only shown when there are two or more.

2

Add questions to each leaf category

Every leaf category gets its own chain of questions — free-text, multiple choice, or file upload. Each option (or the question itself) can point to whichever question comes next, so branching is entirely up to you. Tick "This is a closing statement" on a question like "Thank you!" so it ends the conversation immediately instead of waiting for an answer that has nowhere to go — see the FAQ below for what happens if you don't add one.

3

Set up compulsory intro questions

Name, phone number, and OTP verification are configured once per business as "Intro Questions" — asked before category selection ever starts, not buried inside one category. Turn phone/email OTP on or off, and set how long a verified number is remembered, from Settings.

4

Connect your AI provider

Bring your own OpenAI or Gemini key, or use the shared key on the Free plan. This powers optional features like AI-checked name validation and free-text answer extraction.

5

Configure recommendations

Attach a recommendation to a question so it fires the instant a specific option is picked, or set match criteria so it fires based on a combination of earlier answers. Add a fallback recommendation per category for everything else.

6

Publish

Publishing snapshots your current category tree, questions, and recommendations as the live version your widget serves — you can keep editing in the dashboard without affecting what visitors see until you publish again.

7

Pick a layout template

Classic, Modern, or Minimal — three genuinely different panel/header shapes (not just a recolor), so your widget doesn't look identical to every other chatbot on the platform. Your brand color still carries through on all three.

8

Embed the widget

Copy the one-line script tag from your Widget settings and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site. The chat bubble appears automatically, themed with your brand color, logo, and chosen template.

9

Review leads

Every conversation shows up under Leads, with the full transcript and whatever contact info the visitor gave — searchable, filterable, and exportable to CSV. If a visitor browses more than one category in one visit (see "Browse other services" below), every need they mentioned lands in that same lead.

Frequently asked questions

No. Flow building, AI setup, and the widget embed are all one script tag and a form-based dashboard — no code beyond pasting that one snippet.
Yes — a tenant can own several businesses (up to their plan's limit), each with its own category tree, questions, branding, and widget key, switchable from the header.
The Free plan includes a shared key for AI-backed features like name validation, rate-limited to keep it fair across tenants. You can add your own OpenAI or Gemini key any time.
No. Every tenant, and every business under a tenant, is fully isolated — chat sessions, leads, and configuration never cross tenant boundaries.
They get a "Browse other services" option instead of the conversation just stopping — a repair shop's visitor can ask about a screen repair and then, in the same conversation, browse accessories too. Everything lands in one lead, not two.
No — SMS/email OTP delivery costs real money to send, so it's a Starter/Pro feature. On the Free plan, the OTP toggle is visible but locked; visitors can still be asked for a phone/email, just not verified.
From the Billing page, pick a plan and pay securely through Cashfree (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Your plan activates the moment payment confirms, and renewing early extends from whatever time you have left rather than resetting the clock.
Only ones worth keeping. A conversation someone opens and abandons before leaving a phone number is never saved as a lead in the first place — and any that do progress but stay idle with no contact info for 24 hours are cleaned up automatically (or on demand from the Leads page).
If the last question in the chain is ticked "This is a closing statement" (e.g. "Thank you! We'll be in touch."), it's shown and the conversation ends immediately - no input box, since there's nothing to answer. If the last question is a real one instead (like "Leave a note here") with nothing configured after it, the visitor still gets to answer it, and the conversation then closes with an automatic acknowledgement - your own custom wording from Widget → Content & Behavior → Closing Message if you've set one, or a sensible default otherwise. Either way, a visitor never sees the conversation just stop with no response.
